1. What do you do in your free time?

Right now I don’t have a lot of free time. I mean I do have a lot of time off work, but most of it is not really as I take care of my children. They’re still very young and need attention. They’re also not going to school, so the moments I’m not working, I spend time playing with them.

2. How often do you exercise?

Oh, I’m a fitness freak, I exercise whether it’s going to the gym or an 8K run, I’m constantly active. Just this morning I ran around Margit Park. This helps me to both physically and mentally.

3. How do you keep fit?

I started the day with a fruit salad and had a chicken sandwich for lunch, and I feel fit. In order to stay fit, I eat like pasta, steak and of course a lot of vegetables, because when I eat at home, I know that the food is low in sugar and salt, and rich in and proteins. Just this morning, I started the day with a fruit salad, and then I had a chicken sandwich for lunch, and I feel 110% for this exam.

4. Where is a place you visit for your health?

I both visit the local , a five-minute walk from my home, to exercise and stay fit, as I mentioned earlier, and I go to my family physician and dentist for physical and dental , just to make sure that everything is A-okay.

5. What do you do to stay healthy?

Well, I try to stay away from , and I hit the gym on a daily basis. Doing exercises does wonders for not only my physical but also mental health and it really helps me to unwind after work.

6. If you are stressed, what do you do?

Whenever I feel stressed out, I like to my problems with others. I feel that this not only helps me to be at ease with myself but also, oftentimes, I get good to deal with whatever is making me strung out. I was upset at losing my watch the other day, and it really helped me to tell a few of my friends about my disappointment.
